Introduction

Help shape the future of Sayers Common

Berkeley Latimer is preparing a Masterplan Framework to guide future growth at Sayers Common, and we would welcome your views on our initial proposals.

The Masterplan Framework will set out a holistic vision for the area and provide a clear framework for delivering a comprehensive, well-integrated and sustainable community.

It has been developed in response to the emerging Mid Sussex District Plan and is being shaped collaboratively with Mid Sussex District Council, parish councils, local community representatives, and other development site promoters.

As the Masterplan Framework is still at an early stage, we invite you to share your feedback on our initial ideas. Your input will help shape the final design and ensure it responds to the needs of both existing and future residents.
